Ms. Alemañy is a Professional Engineer with over 18 years of Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI), design and management experience on major bridge and roadway construction. Her experience includes overall contract management, administration, and coordination of CEI services on highway and bridge projects of a diverse and complex nature. versed in monitoring construction schedules and assigning staff to determine that the contractor's activities are inspected and tested in accordance with contract documents. Serves as on-site liaison and cultivate team building between the client, company personnel and the contractor in resolution of project issues at the lowest possible level. Experienced with project disputes and resolution, contract negotiations, budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and overall profit/loss on a project. She is well versed in comprehensive project administration and the handling of all related contract documentation as well as project controls and scheduling.
